    Job Summary

    Job Summary:

    **Shape the team behind the experience!** As Human Resources Manager at Duke Energy Convention Center, you will oversee all HR operations for the venue, including recruiting, onboarding, compliance, employee relations, and benefits coordination. You’ll ensure a supportive and inclusive workplace that aligns with Levy’s values and culture.

    Qualifications:

    + 3+ years of experience in HR leadership, preferably in hospitality or events

    + Strong knowledge of HR laws, benefits administration, and compliance

    + Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office

    + PHR or SHRM-CP preferred

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Manage recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes

    + Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal labor laws

    + Provide guidance on employee relations and performance management

    + Support training, development, and engagement initiatives

    + Maintain accurate employee records and HR reporting

    + Partner with venue leadership to promote company culture
