Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA)

What would you be doing?

You will be integral to ensuring the highest possible treatment outcomes for families affected by Autism. As a member of the Butterfly Effects Interdisciplinary Team, the BCaBA manages individualized behavior programming under the supervision of a BCBA, including:

+ supervising implementation of treatment plans,

+ developing individualized goals/objectives,

+ individualizing client treatment plans/curricula

+ Managing RBTs.

What do you bring to the role?

+ Bachelor's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field

+ BCaBA Certification - Must hold a current certification by the BACB

+ Minimum of 1 year experience providing services to individuals with developmental disabilities in a home setting.
