    Job Description

    Deployment Support

     

    -Assist in the installation, configuration, and migration of Microsoft 365 applications (Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive).

     

    -Support Windows 10/11 environments and ensure compatibility with Microsoft 365 services.

     

    -Execute imaging and device setup for desktops and laptops as part of rollout activities.

     

    User Enablement

     

    -Provide hands-on support for end-users during migration, including email, file storage, and collaboration tools.

     

    -Deliver training and guidance on Microsoft 365 features and best practices.

     

    -Troubleshoot issues related to authentication, connectivity, and application performance.

     

    Technical Troubleshooting

     

    -Resolve Level 1 and Level 2 support tickets related to Microsoft 365 and desktop environments.

     

    -Escalate complex issues to Tier 3 or engineering teams as needed.

     

    -Maintain accurate documentation of incidents and resolutions.

     

    Collaboration

     

    -Work closely with IT project teams, champions, and early adopters to ensure successful rollout.

     

    -Participate in feedback loops to improve deployment processes and user experience.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    High School Diploma

     

    Minimum of 2 years proven experience in desktop support or IT helpdesk roles.

     

    Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 suite and Windows operating systems.

     

    Familiarity with Active Directory, Azure AD, and identity management. A+ certification

     

    Microsoft certification
