Job Description
+ Assemble parts for electromechanical equipment
+ Self inspection of your completed work
+ Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, process plans, and drawings
+ Inspect parts and materials for flaws and imperfections prior to use
+ Use calipers and micrometers to measure parts and determine tolerances
+ Manually solder or epoxy electrical components
+ Work with engineers to build newly designed parts and assemblies
+ Analyzes and initiates assembly methods according to process requirements
+ Makes frequent interdepartmental contacts to resolve problems
+ Demonstrates intermediate computer skills
+ Learn and use multiple Manufacturing Execution Systems (Paperless, Solumina, Promis)
+ Employs Microsoft Excel and Word to enter, manipulate and format text and numerical data; insert, delete and manipulate cells, rows and columns; and create and save worksheets.
+ Maintain appropriate training as required by the company, and adherence to company policies
+ Production accuracy and quality driven
+ Assembles, disassembles, and modifies various production subassemblies by following work plans. Inspects results to ensure conformance
+ Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
+ Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
+ Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing environments.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
+ The ability to obtain a DoD Security clearance is required
+ 10 years experience with HS Diploma
+ 3 years with AA
+ Ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point
+ Strong work ethic, and a desire to be part of a successful working team
+ Familiarity with technology and labs
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
+ Experienced in electronic assembly 10 years
+ IPC-610/620 Certifications
+ Knowledge of MIL-STD-883 Methods 2010 and 2017
+ Solder Reflow experience
+ Familiarity with commercial test equipment
+ Secret Clearance
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $85549 - $136879
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
