Job Description

Insight Global is seeing a skilled Intune Administrator as a one-year contract role with the opportunity for extension to join a growing IT team. As an Intune Administrator, you will play a critical role in managing and maintaining the organization’s Microsoft Intune and SCCM infrastructure. This role will also be involved in our Intune rollout and patching updates across Tablets, MAC, Intel Laptop, Desktop, IOS and Android devices. Compensation is based on years of experience and ranges from $35-$39/hr.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

• Integration: Collaborate with other IT teams to integrate Intune with various devices and applications.

• Documentation: Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation of Intune installations across all device configurations; Tablet, MAC, Intel, Laptop, Desktop, IOS, and Android devices.

• End-User Support – Provide in-person and remote support to our user base

• Participate in weekend or off-hour maintenance activities, as required.

• Enforce change management and compliance processes.

• Respond to each inquiry whether from a customer, vendor or co-worker in a courteous and professional manner.

• Perform all other duties and projects that may be assigned

Skills and Requirements

• Four (4) years of experience with Intune and SCCM administration

• Experience supporting MAC, IOS, Android, and Intel devices.

• Proficiency with SharePoint, Word, Excel or PowerPoint applications.

• The ability to provide internal and external customers with courteous and professional experience. • Intune administration

• Entra ID experience

• MAC laptop experience
