• Electronic Security Engineer/Technician

    Job Description

    We are looking to hire a Security System Engineer / Technician to support a federal customer at Fort Hunter Liggett, CA. This is an extremely urgent need and we are looking for someone to start ASAP.

    THIS POSITION REQUIRES A SECRET CLEARANCE OR THE ABILITY TO OBTAIN A SECRET CLEARANCE

    This position will be fully on-site - 5 days a week, Monday-Friday 7:30-3:30 shift. You will be working independently as the only Engineer/Technician supporting the customer on a maintenance and service contract. Responsibilities include:

     

    • Perform maintenance and service on access control, intrusion detection, and video surveillance systems.

    • Install, configure, and troubleshoot networked server systems and Software House C•CURE 9000 software.

    • Assist with system programming, integrations, and setup for new and existing ESS deployments.

    • Conduct functional and acceptance testing to verify system performance.

    • Provide updates to management and customers on project progress and issues.

    • Ensure compliance with site safety, security, and clearance protocols.

    Skills and Requirements

    • 5+ years of experience working with commercial and/or industrial Electronic Security Systems (access controls, intrusion detection systems, CCTV/camera systems, etc), preferably with programming, configurations, and integrations.

    • Demonstrated experience with Software House C•CURE 9000 - preference to have a C-CURE 9000 Certification

    • Working knowledge of DMP, MDI, American Dynamics, and CCTV systems.

     

    Must be able to obtain/maintain a US Government Security Clearance Active DOD Secret clearance (Preferred)

     

    Software House C•CURE 9000 (Minimum Level 1 - Certification required).
