Job Description

Project: For the People Experience team to help deliver actionable insights from employee survey data to enhance workforce experience and support strategic decision-making across teams.

Day to Day:

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Quantitative Analyst / Employee Experience Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with survey data and employee experience metrics. This role involves extensive use of Excel for quantitative analysis, including pivot tables and advanced formulas, and requires creativity in data interpretation and visualization. The Analyst will support various teams and sectors by providing insights through dashboards and presentations, contributing to strategic decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze survey data across different sectors and teams, including varying pay grades and employee demographics.

• Apply quantitative methods to analyze HR data across domains such as recruiting, attrition, compensation, performance, and learning.

• Perform quantitative analysis primarily using Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, and creative data manipulation

• Support HR tools and employee experience metrics such as C-SAT, NPS, and UX Lite.

• Create data visualizations and dashboards using PowerPoint, Qualtrics, Power BI, or Tableau for product owners and stakeholders.

• Program and manage surveys to gather actionable insights.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to interpret data and provide recommendations.

• Identify and create survey and focus group panels from employee directory tools based on parameters defined by research goals using.

• Document findings and create knowledge articles to support internal decision-making.

Skills and Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in quantitative analysis, preferably in a corporate or HR environment.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and advanced formulas.

• Familiarity with employee experience metrics such as C-SAT, NPS, and UX Lite.

• Experience with data visualization tools such as PowerPoint, Qualtrics, Power BI, and Tableau.

• Experience with survey tools and data, including programming and analyzing survey results.

• Strong oral and written English communication skills. • Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field.

• Background in statistics or data science.

• Experience with programming languages such as R or Python.
