    Job Description

    Insight Global is hiring a Sales Engineer on behalf of a telecom client in Charlotte, NC. The Sales Engineer will specialize in carrier and wholesale telecom sales and will be responsible for go-to-market sales support, fiber planning and TAM analysis, and collaborate with engineering, construction and operations teams

    Skills and Requirements

     

    Minimum of 5 years relevant experience

     

    Strong understanding of telecom architecture and service delivery for Carrier and Wholesale markets.

     

    Knowledge of Layer 1–3 network technologies

     

    Experience with fiber route design

     

    Experience working with or selling to Carriers, MSOs, Hyperscalers, WISPs, or Electric Co-ops preferred.

     

    Demonstrated ability to design and communicate complex network solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
