    Job Description

    A partner of Insight Global is looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to join their fast-growing team. The production supervisor will be part of a Manufacturing organization. This individual will play a key role in ensuring that our production goals are met while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a clean room manufacturing environment with high volume production.

    Skills and Requirements

    * 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing production setting

    * 2-3 years of experience in a supervising role with direct reports

    * Strong leadership and communication skills

    * Experience with an Engineering Change program consistent with ISO-9001 or equivalent

    * Comfortable in a start-up environment and able to quickly adapt to new circumstances * Experience in Semiconductor manufacturing.

    * Experience with an Engineering Change program consistent with ISO-9001 or equivalent

    * Experience with implementing and/or sustaining lean manufacturing practices and techniques.

    * Direct experience in manufacturing engineering

    * Experience with advanced statistics, statistical process control, and design of experiments methods.

    * High Competency in Process Improvement.
