Job Description
Insight Global is hiring a Sales Program Analyst to support a leading technology services client by managing key aspects of the sales incentive process. This includes validating transactions for accurate sales crediting, calculating incentive payouts based on established templates, and loading weekly and monthly transaction data into the commission system for both preliminary and final processing. The Analyst ensures accuracy, timeliness, and compliance throughout all steps while collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies and participating in ad-hoc projects to improve processes and support business needs.

Skills and Requirements
2+ years' experience in Sales operations or similar environment.
Experience with sales crediting validation, payout calculation, plan administration or incentive operations
Intermediate Excel skills, including formulas, functions, VLOOKUP and pivot tables SAP Commissions (Callidus) experience.
Familiarity with SaaS business metrics.
