    Job Description

    We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and oversee the successful execution of large-scale boiler installation projects in a commercial environment. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise in MEP systems, and proven experience managing complex projects from inception to completion.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Project Planning & Execution:

     

    o Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets for boiler installation.

     

    o Coordinate all phases of the project, including design review, procurement, installation, and commissioning.

     

    • Team Leadership:

     

    o Manage multidisciplinary teams including engineers, subcontractors, and vendors.

     

    o Ensure clear communication and alignment across all stakeholders.

     

    • Compliance & Safety:

     

    o Ensure adherence to local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.

     

    o Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.

     

    • Quality Assurance:

     

    o Monitor installation quality and ensure compliance with specifications and standards.

     

    o Oversee testing and commissioning of the boiler system.

     

    • Budget & Cost Control:

     

    o Track project expenses and maintain financial accountability.

     

    o Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.

     

    • Client & Stakeholder Management:

     

    o Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders.

     

    o Provide regular progress updates and resolve issues promptly.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    - 15-20+ years of project management experience

     

    - 5+ years of experience within Mechanical, MEP or HVAC related projects

     

    - Experience with a construction scheduling software - Procore, Primavera, etc.

     

    - OSHA 30 - Bachelor's degree in a related field
