About Coeur d'Alene Resort Convention Center:
Our Convention Center hosts a wide variety of events from conferences to weddings. We are seeking a skilled AV Technician to support event production by setting up, operating, and troubleshooting audio-visual equipment.
The Role:
As an AV Technician, you will ensure all AV needs are met by preparing equipment, assisting with setup and teardown, and providing technical support during events.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Set up, operate, and maintain audio, video, lighting, and other technical equipment
+ Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues quickly and efficiently
+ Collaborate with event coordinators and clients to meet event requirements
+ Assist with equipment inventory and maintenance
+ Ensure compliance with safety standards and protocols
+ Provide excellent customer service to event guests and staff

+ Experience with audio-visual equipment and event production
+ Strong problem-solving skills and technical aptitude
+ Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
+ Good communication and teamwork skills
