The role you'll contribute:
Provides strategic leadership and administrative oversight for key clinical and operational areas, including quality management, patient advocacy, patient safety, and regulatory compliance. This role drives performance improvement initiatives and promotes a culture of safety and accountability across the organization. The position also leads patient advocacy efforts and ensures adherence to accreditation standards and regulatory requirements. Serves as both the Patient Safety Officer with responsibility for advancing patient-centered care and organizational excellence.
The value you'll bring to the team:
Provides oversight and direction for strategic planning and implementation of organization-wide performance improvement, patient safety and quality outcome activities
Utilizes leadership and operational expertise to facilitate the operationalization of the Organizational Performance Improvement Plan and Patient Safety Plan
Oversees compliance and performance improvement efforts for regulatory and voluntary data collection and submission requirements
Manages compliance and readiness activities for accreditation and regulatory compliance related to Joint Commission, CMS CoPs, and other applicable laws and regulations
Qualifications
The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed:
Masters Degree of Nursing required
2 years of position related experience
Registered Nurse License
Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) Preferred
Certified Professional in Healthcare Risk Management (CPHRM) Preferred
Certified Professional in Patient Safety (CPPS) Preferred
