    The role you will contribute:

    The Director of Business Operations is responsible for facilitating operational initiatives for Physician Enterprise to drive improved performance through action plans and education. This position helps medical groups deliver results by collaborating with executive leadership and facilitating various projects and improvement initiatives. Additionally, this role requires a strong working knowledge of data interpretation, training, education, and leader/provider coaching. In addition, this position leverages healthcare management experience in a physician practice/office setting to develop and implement medical group initiatives. Utilizes strategic and operational knowledge to maximize departmental performance and support organizational goals.

    The value you will bring to the team:

    + Develops strategic planning, education, and accountability tools to standardize operational workflows across 1000 practice locations.

    + Collaborates with executive leadership to identify and implement strategies that improve performance and efficiency.

    + Provides consultative and facilitation support for large-scale projects impacting medical group locations.

    + Designs and develops role-specific training procedures and programs using various learning methodologies.

    + Creates training tools and multiplatform content to support large-scale operational, technical, and cultural changes.

    + Partners with resources from human resources, consumer experience, marketing/brand, communications, AIT, regulatory and clinical teams to achieve successful project completion.

    + Ensures compliance with regulatory and organizational standards in all training and operational initiatives.

    + Monitors and evaluates the effectiveness of training programs, workflows, and processes and makes necessary adjustments.

    + Coaches, guides, and mentors leaders and team members on the deployment of project deliverables.

    + Leads a team to develop and deliver training programs to providers and team members.

    + Other duties as assigned.

    The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed:

    Masters Degree in business, healthcare or related field

    10 healthcare related experience

    2 training team leadership experience

     

    Experience in strategic/cultural planning and execution with executive leadership and physicians with the ability to listen, assess, coach, mentor, motivate, and problem solve

     

    Demonstrates strong communication, organization, and follow-through skills in managing engagement improvement initiatives, projects and programs

     

    Strong project management skillset

     

    Strong consultant skillset, with the ability to influence all levels in the organization

     

    Exhibits excellent complex analytical and change management skills

     

    Solid ability to analyze and evaluate business problems by defining the challenges, identifying alternatives, and making timely decisions

     

    Self-directed with strong organizational and team-building skills

     

    Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to interface effectively with physicians/apps, nursing, non-clinical and executive leadership

     

    Strong knowledge of Patient Experience, Physician/APP Engagement and Employee Engagement best practices, and how best to integrate within the enterprise

     

    Solid knowledge of statistical concepts and the survey process

     

    Expertise in effective methods of education and adult learning practices

     

    Vendor management skills to direct the work of our vendor partners throughout our enterprise

     

    Able to develop concise, effective and succinct presentations

     

    Strong public presentation skills, with a demonstrated track record of speaking

     

    Attention to detail, ability to lead, organize and work on multiple initiatives/projects without compromising work

     

    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

     

    Demonstrated history of leading and/or influence strong improvement results in patient experience, physician/app engagement, and/or employee engagement

    Preferred Qualifications:

    Experience using Press Ganey reporting tools

     

    Lean Bronze Certification

     

    Six Sigma
