The role you'll contribute:
The Practice Manager II is responsible for administrative oversight of designated practices within an integrated healthcare delivery system. This position collaborates with regional leadership, physicians, providers, practice management, and staff to ensure efficient operations. This role develops plans to achieve short and long-term goals, ensuring compliance with budgets and financial performance. In addition, this position supervises staff associates and manages multiple specialties, clinics, and providers. This role serves as a patient advocate and promotes ethical management behavior.

+ Manages daily operations and overall performance of the practice to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
+ Hires, trains, supervises, and evaluates office and clinical staff, providing guidance and feedback as needed.
+ Develops and implements action plans to improve practice performance in areas such as employee turnover, patient access, and financial outcomes.
+ Oversees budgeting and financial analysis, providing input for future budgets and financial needs.
+ Monitors patient flow and ensures appropriate utilization of provider time and staff coverage.
+ Ensures compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, including OSHA and AHCA.
The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed:
Minimum qualifications:
+ Bachelor's degree
+ Active American Heart Association BLS
Preferred qualifications:
+ 3 years of supervisory experience in a physician practice
+ Certified by Certified Medical Office Manager (CMOM)
+ Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
+ Certified Medical Assistant (CMA)
