### Job Duties
Perform grooming and hygiene tasks for residents as needed. This includes simply reminding to total assistance with all bathing and hygiene needs.
1 Provide support and assistance for residents, including behavior management, job coaching, cleaning, meal preparation, transportation, medical appointments, and other supports as needed and/or required.
2. Prepare meals for residents. The level of meal preparation assistance needed will depend on which site you are stationed at.
3. Have a working knowledge of all residents service plans. Being able to follow the guidelines of these plans as well as any other protocols put in place by management.
4. Participate in all scheduled team meetings.
5. Administration of medications correctly during scheduled shifts. Following all instructions of management of medications and communicating with others regarding individual observations.
6. Completing documentation correctly and thoroughly and in a timely manner every day.
7. Attending and completing all assigned training sessions when scheduled. Completing all education assigned in a timely manner.
8. Communicating with all team members, including other Direct Care Staff, Residential Coordinators, and others on the treatment team.
9. Completing assigned housekeeping tasks given by supervisor.
10. Transporting residents with the house vehicle and accurately documenting in the mileage log, as well as reporting any vehicle issues to the supervisor.
11. Assisting with purchases for the house and for residents. Maintaining funds accurately by counting funds at assigned intervals.
12. Demonstrate a working knowledge of Vulnerable Adult rules and Adult Foster Care.
13. Able to learn or obtain knowledge of proper transfer techniques and body mechanics to transfer residents with appropriate assistance (Gait belts, transfers board, Hoyer lift)
14. Assist with activities as requested or assigned.

### Additional Compensation
$300 sign on bonus after 90 days. $200 referral bonus when you refer someone that is hired and has worked for 90 days. Reviews done yearly after anniversary date.
