As a Repair Technician II, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring high-quality electronic equipment reaches customers in top working condition. Your expertise will directly impact reliability, performance, and customer satisfaction.

    What You’ll Do

    + Perform precision electronic repairs and testing, following engineering standards to return equipment to top working order.

    + Diagnose and resolve complex issues, distinguishing between warranty and non-warranty repairs.

    + Partner with engineering and manufacturing teams to solve unique technical challenges.

    + Test, calibrate, and verify incoming and outgoing products to ensure flawless performance.

    + Support warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, and annual inventory projects.

    + Document repairs, track progress, and assist in process improvements that strengthen quality standards.

    + Contribute to special testing and field projects that expand your hands-on expertise.

    What You’ll Bring

    + Associate degree or certification in Electronics (or equivalent experience).

    + 5+ years of experience in electronic repair, troubleshooting, or diagnostics.

    + Strong technical skills — from soldering and testing to using diagnostic tools.

    + Excellent attention to detail, documentation, and time management.

    + Ability to collaborate effectively and adapt to fast-paced project demands.

    + Willingness to occasionally travel (up to 10%) and lift up to 35 lbs.
