We are seeking a **Senior JavaScript Developer** **with a focus on** **React** to join our team. You will play a key role in designing and building applications that align with business goals and meet client needs. This position involves working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. Responsibilities

+ Analyze user requirements to inform and guide application design

+ Define application objectives and ensure alignment with business goals

+ Design, develop, and implement Java-based applications, including detailed documentation

+ Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues in production, including root cause analysis

+ Regularly update progress in JIRA and own the end-to-end release process for assigned changes

+ Continuously recommend improvements and stay updated with the latest technologies

Requirements

+ Strong proficiency in JavaScript development, with a focus on enterprise-level applications

+ Hands-on experience with React

+ Experience with Stencil, Node.js, or Azure Cloud is a plus

+ Excellent troubleshooting and debugging skills

+ Strong communication and collaboration abilities

+ Willingness and ability to work from the office as per schedule
