    Position Summary...

    What you'll do...

We’re seeking a **Staff Technology Operations professional** to help shape how we plan, communicate, and execute technology strategy across Walmart. You’ll work at the intersection of technology, storytelling, and operational excellence — helping leadership and teams translate complex initiatives into clear, structured, and actionable narratives that drive alignment and execution. You’ll bring a blend of strategic thinking, systems understanding, and communication craft — ensuring that the story behind our technology is as strong as the technology itself. **About the Team** You’ll join Walmart’s Global Technology Platform organization as part of the Strategy & Operations team, supporting the platforms and infrastructure that power Walmart’s digital ecosystem. The team connects technology, communication, and execution — ensuring that strategies spanning AI, data, developer platforms, and infrastructure are well-defined, clearly communicated, and consistently operationalized. We partner with engineering and business leaders to shape, align, and share the technology strategy that fuels Walmart’s scale. From long-range planning to executive reviews and storytelling, our goal is to make complex technology understandable, actionable, and inspiring. **What You’ll Do**

+ Operationalize key initiatives across **Global Technology Platform — ensuring clarity of priorities, measurable outcomes, and strong execution alignment across AI, data, and platform domains.**

+ Work with technology and product leaders to craft cohesive, high-quality narratives (presentations, whitepapers, strategic docs) that communicate direction, outcomes, and insights across audiences.

+ Develop and manage content that enables decision-making and storytelling at scale — from executive presentations to org-wide communications, newsletters, and blog posts.

+ Create and maintain templates, design systems, and operational rhythms that make communication structured, cohesive, and on-brand across the organization.

+ Use data and metrics to inform narratives and decision frameworks; responsibly explore AI tools and creative prompts to enhance clarity, visualization, and content generation.

+ Ensure presentation decks, documents, and communications reflect a high visual and narrative standard — applying consistency that reinforces the Walmart Global Tech brand.

+ Partner with leadership, operations, and technical teams to ensure that every story — whether a platform update, AI initiative, or infrastructure milestone — is grounded in accuracy, purpose, and impact.

    What You’ll Bring

+ At least 4 years of experience in technology operations, program management, or strategic communications, ideally supporting large-scale or platform-driven tech organizations.

+ Proven ability to synthesize technical content into clear, concise, and visually engaging storytelling for executive and technical audiences alike.

+ Advanced proficiency in **PowerPoint, Word, or similar tools — able to create executive-ready decks, whitepapers, and operational artifacts with precision and polish.**

+ Strong writing and editorial skills — capable of producing newsletters, blog posts, and strategic documentation that communicate with clarity and influence.

+ An “eye for design” — skilled at layout, narrative flow, and branding consistency.

+ Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills.

+ Ownership-driven, curious, and passionate about technology, design, and the power of clear communication.

+ Experience with Figma, Canva, Adobe Suite, or other design and collaboration tools is a plus.
