Role summary:
As a Senior Software Engineer, you will lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable software solutions that align with business objectives. About the team:
The team specializes in designing, developing, and managing integrations across Workday, CP, Porter platforms, and related systems. Collaborating cross-functionally, members deliver scalable, secure, and efficient solutions by following best practices in architecture, coding standards, and continuous integration/deployment. Emphasizing clear communication and agile methodologies, the team addresses evolving business needs. Engineers build and maintain Workday business processes, reports, and integrations, ensuring high-quality results. Leveraging expertise in Workday tools, APIs, and web services, the team drives innovation and operational excellence aligned with organizational objectives.
What you'll do:
+ Analyze and classify business and technical requirements, ensuring alignment with project objectives and risk mitigation strategies.
+ Design scalable, maintainable software solutions by translating high-level designs into detailed functional components.
+ Develop, configure, and maintain code adhering to coding standards, focusing on performance, security, and reliability.
+ Build automation scripts to streamline continuous integration and delivery processes.
+ Execute comprehensive testing, including defect tracking and root cause analysis, to ensure software quality.
+ Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to optimize availability and scalability.
+ Collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate change requests and implement effective solutions.
What you'll bring:
+ Proven expertise in software development with proficiency in JavaScript, Python, or C and experience using frameworks such as React.js, Angular, and Node.js.
+ Strong knowledge of software architecture, design patterns, and scalable distributed systems.
+ Experience in requirement analysis, including functional and non-functional requirements, user stories, and risk assessment.
+ Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automation scripting.
+ Ability to write clean, maintainable, and testable code adhering to coding standards and security policies.
+ Skilled in troubleshooting, defect management, and performance optimization.
+ Effective collaboration and communication skills within agile teams.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
