Post Consumer Brands is seeking a **Senior Financial Analyst** to partner with our Sales and Sales Strategy teams. In this role, you’ll provide impactful financial analysis and insights that maximize top and bottom-line performance. You’ll guide trade marketing profitability and strengthen financial acumen across the organization—all while thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
What You’ll Do
+ Serve as a trusted finance partner to Sales and Strategy teams.
+ Analyze trade performance and ROI for customers/events; recommend actions to improve profitability.
+ Manage trade spending within set parameters; lead monthly reviews and corrective actions.
+ Support annual trade strategies aligned with brand and corporate goals.
+ Oversee monthly trade forecast process, ensuring accuracy and alignment.
+ Deliver ad hoc financial analysis to support key initiatives and process improvements.
+ Build strong relationships across all levels to provide timely insights and guidance.

Qualifications
Qualifications
+ **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics preferred.

+ 5+ years in analytical roles with proven ability to influence business decisions.
+ Experience managing multiple projects and timelines.
+ **Skills:**
+ Strong financial and analytical skills.
+ Ability to plan, prioritize, and manage workload in a fast-paced environment.

The pay range for this position is $77,831 - $115,190 per year.
