    • **Shift:** 1st Shift | 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM

    What You’ll Do

    + Supply production work centers with raw materials and remove completed components

    + Safely move skids, totes, sleeves, and other materials throughout the facility

    + Maintain accurate inventory tracking using a handheld device

    + Keep your area clean and organized following **5S** and safety standards

    + Support quality control and quarantine materials when required

    + Partner with team members and leaders to identify and resolve process issues quickly

    + Handle equipment startup and shutdown as scheduled

    + Communicate effectively during shift changes to keep operations seamless

    What We’re Looking For

    + **Education:** High school diploma or GED preferred (or willingness to obtain within 12 months — company assistance available)

    + **Experience:** 1–6 months in manufacturing, warehouse, or material handling preferred

    + **Physical Requirements:**

    + Ability to lift or move 25–60 lbs. frequently (assisted lift over 50 lbs.)

    + Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment

    + **Skills:** Dependable, safety-minded, organized, and a strong communicator
