ADP is seeking a Sr. Client Service and Product Support Consultant to deliver actionable business insights by collecting, processing, and interpreting data for ADP’s prepaid card solution. This role leverages advanced tools such as Excel, SQL, and data visualization software to identify trends, generate reports, and inform strategic decision-making.

This position will also play a critical role in laying the foundation for ADP’s** **_Wisely Intelligence Hub_** **, contributing to the automation of insights, AI-driven reporting, and an intelligent data architecture to enhance decision-making and operational agility.

The consultant will proactively drive process improvements and lead automation initiatives, streamlining workflows and enabling teams to operate with greater efficiency and clarity. By translating data into solutions, you will help clients and internal teams make smarter, faster decisions and achieve measurable results.

Essential Responsibilities

+ Creates reports used for ADP’s prepaid card.

+ Creates documentation, performs set-up, testing, and promotes to production.

+ Create and maintain reports (when applicable) for ADP’s prepaid card programs.

+ Develop, document, test, and deploy data processes and enhancements.

+ Monitor and validate data system inputs, processing, and outputs for paycard databases.

+ Troubleshoot and resolve escalated participant and production issues, collaborating with relevant teams as needed.

+ Partner with cross-functional stakeholders (Client Services, Implementation, Trust Accounting, Compliance, Legal) to ensure data needs are met and issues are resolved promptly.

+ Identify and recommend enhancements to improve data quality, processing efficiency, and automation.

+ Design and implement automation scripts and intelligent workflows using RPA, Python, or Power Automate to enhance data accuracy and processing speed.

+ Partner with the Wisely Intelligence Hub to integrate reporting capabilities into centralized dashboards and data pipelines.

+ Write complex database queries and generate reports using SQL and other data management tools.

+ Maintain and update functional documentation to support ongoing reporting and compliance.

+ Analyze large data sets and prepare clear summary reports for stakeholders.

+ Lead heavy data processing and automation activities using a variety of analytical tools.

+ Identify opportunities to apply AI or predictive analytics to improve reporting efficiency and generate proactive insights.

+ Ensure new processes and automation designs are scalable and aligned with ADP’s long-term data strategy.

Qualifications

+ Advanced experience creating reports with SQL and other report-writing tools.

+ Develops reusable SQL/Python notebooks and scalable data pipelines (ETL/ELT).

+ Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities in complex data environments.

+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.

+ Demonstrated ability to work independently and partner with internal business units.

+ Expert in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP), able to create impactful summary reports and automate processes.

+ Designs and optimizes database table structures to support evolving business strategies.

+ Skilled with database management tools and reporting platforms (e.g., Stored Value, Vertica).

+ Deep understanding of database reporting processes and best practices.

+ Experience with data automation frameworks and AI-assisted tools for workflow optimization.

+ Familiarity with RPA tools (e.g., Blue Prism, Power Automate) and cloud-based analytics platforms (Databricks, Azure, or AWS).

+ Demonstrated ability to design intelligent dashboards and automate visual data stories for business stakeholders.

+ Working knowledge of Python for data automation or model integration is preferred.

+ Strong understanding of data orchestration, ETL/ELT best practices, and scalable infrastructure design.

Base salary offers for this position may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity or commissions. The compensation for this role is USD $59,100.00 - USD $120,200.00 / Year*

*Actual compensation will not be less than the applicable minimum wage or minimum exempt salary requirement under federal, state and local laws.
