What you'll do...
+ Lead Launch, PVT, Quality and Rapid Hub processes for Core Program Management.
+ Engage with cross-functional teams on Launch initiatives to identify and implement process changes.
+ Core PM lead in connection with New Model Programs, General Management, FCSD and Quality Offices.
+ Manage Core Program Management reviews, approvals and releases for FAP, LQOS, VQR and Quality process changes.
+ Manage PVT R&Rs and RTO model.
+ Provide input to Core PM on PM Launch R&Rs, including Media and Press Launch.
+ Coordinate with experts both globally and cross-functionally to sort out the best way to do any given process, drive for consensus, and be an advocate for that consensus.
+ Manage the NA Ford Blue Rapid Hub Process in support of corporate delivery of warranty metrics and launch spikes.
+ Lead Rapid Hub meetings for North America vehicle launches, manage Rapid Hub issue dashboard, lead teams on issue resolution.
You'll have...
+ Bachelor’s degree
+ Ability to interpret customer feedback/data and drill down to specific Vehicle area(s) of concern
+ Program Management experience (launch and or/PVT)
+ Strong organizational skills
+ Knowledge of Ford Processes
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills (ability to present to Chiefs and Directors)
+ Ability to work well with cross-functional teams
+ Ability to prioritize large problems (versus smaller ones) on any given vehicle line

This position is a range of salary grades 7-8.
