    Batteries Plus is looking for a Commercial Tech & Device Repair Lead to support our growing commercial technology and device repair operations. In this role, you'll coordinate commercial tech build projects, support warehouse operations, and serve as a technical mentor to other team members-all while ensuring quality and efficiency across every build.

    What You'll Do

    + Lead the commercial tech build business by maintaining organized assembly tracking and meeting completion and delivery deadlines.

    + Provide technical support, troubleshooting assistance, and mentorship to store and device repair technicians.

    + Partner with the warehouse team to support daily operations and serve as a backup lead when needed.

    + Serve as a backup driver for the box truck during absences or peak periods.

    + Perform device repairs for assigned locations to meet customer and operational needs.

    + Maintain high standards of safety, organization, and accuracy in all technical and warehouse activities.

    + Assist with special projects or additional duties as assigned to meet business needs.

    What We're Looking For

    + High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification or related coursework preferred.

    + 2+ years of experience in device repair, technology assembly, or warehouse operations.

    + Experience in a retail or service environment is a plus.

    + Strong technical aptitude with knowledge of repair tools, components, and assembly processes.

    + Excellent organization and time management skills with strong attention to detail.

    + Ability to train, guide, and support team members on technical processes.

    + Effective communication and collaboration skills across departments.

    + Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required.

    + Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and occasionally travel as needed.
