    This is an **on-site role** and can be located either at our **Lynnwood, WA** location or our **Burbank, CA** location.

    **Burbank Location:** Every 1.2 seconds, product built at our **Crane Aerospace & Electronics Burbank** facility is stopping aircraft – delivering passengers and military personnel safely to their destination. Home to our Landing & Cabin Systems team, Crane A&E’s brake control systems and premium cabin actuation solutions are flying on tens of thousands of aircraft throughout the world. You’ll join a business with a long track record of engineering excellence, set in the wonderful town of Burbank filled with great community atmosphere, schools, weather and no shortage of entertainment.

    Job Summary:

    The Senior IT Operations Manager A&E will be responsible for overseeing and managing IT operations with respect to service desk, identity and access management and end point configurations to ensure proper support for users of IT services while meeting all requirements for compliance and controls. In addition, the Senior Manager will be primarily responsible for managing procurement operations as it relates to IT equipment and services. This role involves detailed planning, managing multiple teams and projects and collaboration with various departments to support the company’s goals and objectives.

    Essential Functions:

    + Oversee IT Service Desk Operations: Manage the day-to-day operations of the IT service desk and computer support department, ensuring the customer satisfaction.

    + Oversee Identity and access management operations: Manage the day-to-day operations of all aspects of Identity and Access management in compliance with Crane policies and procedures.

    + Configuration Management: Oversee management of all aspects of configuration management for all end point devices including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and other computing devices.

    + Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.

    + Project Management: Oversee IT projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget and quality standards.

    + Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers to ensure the best value and service; contracts, purchasing and invoice management.

    + Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze team performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    + _Experience_ : 8+ experience in IT Operations, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.

    + _Knowledge_ : Working knowledge of IT end points and configurations both physical and cloud based. Proficiency in ITIL and other IT management frameworks.

    + _Skills/Abilities_ : Demonstrated problem solving skills; Excellent verbal and written communication, and interpersonal skills; Strong customer service skills; Demonstrated ability to develop, build and configuration management processes; Demonstrated ability to identify process improvement opportunities; Ability to successfully complete multiple concurrent assignments with varying priorities; Ability to learn and apply leading methods, and associated tools.

    + _Education/Certification_ : Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. A master’s degree is preferred.

    + _Leadership Skills_ : Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    + _Problem-Solving_ : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.

    + _Project Management_ : Experience in managing IT projects, with a track record of successful project delivery.

    + _Security Knowledge_ : In-depth understanding of IT security principles and best practices.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + Experience working with Sailpoint, ServiceNow and similar tools

    + ITIL certification

    Working Conditions:

    + Standard office environment

    + Work requires substantial visual concentration on detail

    + Working conditions are normal for a manufacturing environment. Manufacturing operations may require the use of safety equipment to include but not limited to eye safety glasses, gowning, masks, hearing protectors, heel/wrist straps and any other required PPE.

    + May be exposed to unusual environmental conditions such as loud noises, cold temperatures, confined spaces, dust, or fumes.

    + Flexible and willing to work overtime and weekends as needed

    + Requires up to 30% travel to support customers

    **Salary Range: 163,220.40 - 205,199.90 USD Annual** . Several factors contribute to actual salary, including experience in a similar role or performing comparable job responsibilities, skills, training, and other qualifications. Some roles may be eligible for participation in performance-based bonus programs.
