Job Description

The Office Supervisor is responsible for the daily operational management of the UAHS Orthopedic offices. Responsibilities include the supervision, coordination and support of the clinic staff. Responsible for coordination of the administrative personnel, clerical, and purchasing functions as related to direct patient care. Maintains established departmental policies and procedures, objectives, quality assurance program, safety, environmental and infection control standards. Maintains confidentiality of all information. Strives to incorporate the philosophy and mission of the Hospital.

Education And Credentials

Bachelor's degree in business or healthcare related field preferred

Experience

Two (2) years physician office practice management/hospital/ clinic supervisory experience, including: basic physician billing and scheduling or other relevant experience.** **Computer and phone skills; knowledge of general office equipment; strong communication skills; knowledge of insurance.
