Job Description
Under the supervision of either the Director of Facilities Services, Project Supervisor, or Maintenance Manager, performs emergency, routine, and preventative maintenance in such diverse areas as carpentry/painting, HVAC/R, boiler operation, electrical and mechanical. Must have working knowledge and experience in more than one of these areas. Employee performs security duties as needed. Employee has the responsibility to maintain and upgrade his/her competencies based on the type.
Education And Credentials
High School diploma or equivalent required.
Experience
Minimum of five (5) years previous experience in **more** than one (1) of the described areas: mechanical, electrical, carpentry/painting, HVAC/R or boiler operation. CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention) training is required with annual refresher courses.
