Your role and responsibilities
The Change Management Lead is responsible for driving initiatives that enable successful adoption of new processes and assess their capabilities. The role will focus on the development and journey mapping to understand stakeholder needs and experiences.This role requires the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and effectively and apply agile methodologies.
Required technical and professional expertise
* Persona development and journey mapping
* Change Impact Workshop experience
* Multi-media communication development and learning experience design
* Continuous engagement and feedback loop design (including facilitating Change Champion Network)
* Stakeholder management skills
* People management skills
* Direct change management lead experience
* Scrum Master
* JIRA
* Adobe Captivate and Camtasia
* AI
