Help at Home is hiring an onsite Retention Specialist! We offer weekly pay between $21.00-$23.00 an hour! Office hours Monday-Friday 9:00a.m.-5:30p.m. The office address is: 148 39th St. Brooklyn (Industry City), NY 11232.
Job Summary:
The Retention Specialist may, where permitted, develop, and monitor appropriate care plans to ensure clients receive quality care while serving as the primary liaison between clients, homecare aides, managers, referral sources, and others directly involved in the client’s care.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
+ Follow up with clients and families to ensure they’re satisfied with care quality.
+ Address complaints or service gaps before they escalate.
+ Conduct exit interviews for clients who discontinue services to identify patterns.
+ Coordinate with nursing, scheduling, and HR to resolve concerns
+ Maintain retention logs, turnover metrics, and satisfaction data.
+ Prepare monthly and quarterly retention reports for leadership.
+ Track reasons for caregiver/client attrition to guide policy or process improvements.
Performance Indicators
+ Increase in client satisfaction/retention.
+ Faster resolution of caregiver/client issues.
+ Improved engagement scores
Required S** **kills and Qualifications:
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
+ Ability to work with large caseloads and call volume
+ Ability to work well under pressure a
+ Strong problem-solving and follow-up abilities.
+ Experience in homecare, healthcare staffing, or HR preferred (not required)
+ Proficiency with scheduling and CRM software utilizing salesforce.com and HHAexchange).
+ Ability to analyze trends and present retention data (not required)
Education and Experience:
+ At least 18 years of age.
+ High school graduate or equivalent preferred; May require higher level of education or certification.
+ Medicaid, Waiver, or Home Healthcare experience preferred
+ Other Requirements pursuant to state or local rules as applicable.
