    About the Role:

    As a Workplace Research Lead, you will provide research and analysis support to the Occupancy & Space Planning departments at a large global technology company.

     

    This job is part of the Moves, Additions and Changes function. They are responsible for building space design, construction, and moving services.

     

    We are crafted to support all our clients' occupancy needs. Whether it is a single occupancy plan to support project delivery or ongoing space management services to maintain accurate occupancy data, the CBRE platform brings together subject matter authorities passionate about providing the best solutions to improve portfolio insights.

     

    This role requires flexibility to travel within a specific region.

    What You’ll Do:

    + Edit content for the documentation of workplace planning, moves/adds/changes, and space needs.

    + Create photographs, drawings, sketches, diagrams, and charts to illustrate the material.

    + Conduct research and interviews with technical and business personnel.

    + Provide ad-hoc technical assistance to managers and other members of the application development team.

    + Support changes or enhancements to templates and other documentation standards.

    + Have some knowledge of standard principles with limited practical experience in applying them.

    + Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values.

    + Impact the quality of own work.

    + Work within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.

    + Exchange straightforward information, asks questions, and check for understanding.

    What You’ll Need:

    + Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.

    + Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems.

    + Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments.

    + In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.

    + Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.

    + Intermediate math skills. Ability to calculate difficult figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.

    + Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.

    + Must hold and maintain a valid, active driver’s license.

    CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Field Support Analyst position is $70,000 annually [or $33.65 per hour] and the maximum salary for the Field Support Analyst position is $90,000 annually [or $43.27 per hour]. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on their skills, qualifications, and experience. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
