    • **Location:** South Florida Baptist Hospital – Plant City, FL

    • **Shift:** 6:30 PM – 6:00 AM or 8:00 PM – 6:00 AM | Monday, Friday, Saturday

    • **Status:** Non-Exempt

    • **Schedule:** Full-time | Every Other Weekend | No On-Call

    Role Overview

     

    As a Clinical Laboratory Technologist I, you’ll ensure accurate and timely diagnostic testing to support exceptional patient care. Responsibilities include:

     

    + Performing diagnostic testing and quality control

    + Preparing reagents and reporting results per policy

    + Reviewing moderate to high complexity testing

    + Maintaining lab equipment and systems

    + Delivering excellent customer service and communication

    Qualifications

    + **Required:** Florida Clinical Laboratory Technologist License, Associate’s degree

    + **Preferred:** ASCP Certification, Bachelor’s degree, 1 year of lab experience
