    About the Role:

    We are seeking a highly motivated Lifecycle Asset Management Lead to join our team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for the strategic planning, implementation, and ongoing management of our client’s asset lifecycle programs for MEP infrastructure and soft assets. You will oversee all aspects of the asset lifecycle, from acquisition and deployment to maintenance, upgrades, and eventual disposal, ensuring optimal performance, cost-effectiveness, and compliance. Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Projects, and the client's Property Management team to develop a detailed asset management strategy aligned with the client's goals.

    What You’ll Do:

    + Support the client’s monthly capital planning review process with all operational capital improvement/replacement activities (MEP infrastructure; Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment).

    + Being responsible for gathering updates from FM operations teams to inform monthly reviews.

    + Develop and Implement Asset Management Strategy: Develop, implement, and maintain a thorough asset management strategy aligned with client's business goals and financial objectives.

    + Asset Inventory and Tracking: Support the maintenance of a complete and accurate inventory of MEP infrastructure and soft assets.

    + Lifecycle Planning and Forecasting: Develop and manage asset lifecycle plans, including forecasting asset needs, planning for upgrades, and projecting costs associated with maintenance, repairs, and replacements.

    + Reporting and Analysis: Generate regular reports on asset condition, replacement planning, and cost. Analyze data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for optimization of capital replacement programming.

    + Process Improvement: Continuously identify and implement process improvements to enhance asset management efficiency and effectiveness.

    + Collaboration and Communication: Partner harmoniously with interdisciplinary groups, like Operations, Engineering, Projects, and the client’s Property Management team, to guarantee efficient asset management operations. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

    What You’ll Need:

    + Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

    + Experience: 5+ years of experience in asset management/engineering, or a related field within the property/facility management sector, with a proven track record of success.

    + Familiarity with asset data (infrastructure MEP equipment; Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment) and comfortable with manipulating large volumes of asset, work order and cost data

    + Familiarity with capital planning processes within the context of FM operations priorities

    + Strong understanding of asset management principles and best practices.

    + Experience with asset management software and tools (CMMS, replacement cost forecasting, etc…)

    + Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

    + Strong financial acumen and budget management skills.

    + Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

    + Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

    + **IAM Certificate** – Institute of Asset Management

    + **Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP)** – SMRP

    CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Lifecycle Asset Management Lead position is $140,000 annually with bonus eligibility and the maximum salary for the position is $190,000 annually with bonus eligibility. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program.
