    Job Summary and Qualifications

     

    Works effectively with CFO to provide local financial support of financial functions of the business operations across Mission Health. Partners will the Mission Health Home Office finance staff to ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements and other financial information. Facilitates preparation, maintenance, and problem resolution of the annual budgeting process. The Controller will also have responsibility for developing and maintaining Post-Acute General Ledger including JEs, Recons, and other GAAP processes/policies.

    Essential Accountabilities:

    + Accurate, timely preparation of financial statements and other financial information.

    + Provides CFO support to one or more Business Line

    + Coordinates and maintains Post-Acute Dashboards For Home Health and Hospice Revenue Cycle.

    + Assists CFO in coordinating business support functions

    + Provides ongoing support of Mission Hospital and the System Home Office general ledger functions.

    + Completes other duties to support departmental or Regional operations as assigned or requested.

    What qualifications you will need:

    Required Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting, Health Administration, or related area

     

    Preferred Education: Master's Degree

     

    Required Experience: 7+ years of progressive experience in a business setting, preferably a hospital or Healthcare, with proven ability to manage and coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously
