Job Summary and Qualifications
Join HCA Healthcare’s Creative Services team as an **Event Manager** , leading large-scale corporate events that drive branding, executive engagement, and strategic initiatives. This role oversees **end-to-end event planning** , including strategy, logistics, vendor management, budgeting, and contract negotiation. You’ll collaborate with executives and cross-functional teams to deliver impactful experiences for leadership summits, town halls, forums, and more.
What you will do in this role:
+ Plan and execute high-profile corporate events from concept to completion.
+ Manage budgets, timelines, and vendor contracts.
+ Align event strategy with organizational goals and stakeholder expectations.
+ Develop best practices and explore innovative event formats and technologies.
+ Measure event success and recommend improvements.
Requirements:
+ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or related field.
+ 6+ years of event management experience (corporate, agency, or supplier).
+ Strong organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools (e.g., Workfront).
+ CMP accreditation preferred; up to 15% travel.
