    Job Summary and Responsibilities

    **CHI Health** is seeking a dedicated and skilled **Advance** **d Practice Provider** (APP) to join our **Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R) team.** This hybrid role offers the opportunity to provide care both inpatient and outpatience care. You will work in a collaborative, academic environment while enhancing your skills in advanced critical care management.

    + Outpatient and Inpatient Practice

    + Monday-Friday Schedule

    + Inpatient Rehab Experience Preferred

    + No Call Responsibilities

    + EPIC EMR

    + Superb support staff of experienced nurses and administration

    + Academic affiliation with Creighton University School of Medicine

    Job Requirements

    + Certified in Specified Area of Medical Specialty

    + A valid and unrestricted state medical license or license-eligible

    + 3+ Years as a Provider

    Pay Range

    $53.96 - $62.00 /hour
