Summary:

We are looking for someone who wants to grow with a great company. This role will start out as an office assistant training in back-office duties with development into more responsibilities. As with any position at CED it is important to understand our clients' needs and help us exceed our clients’ expectations. In this role you will work alongside customers, CED credit, warehouse, and management to learn role requirements and responsibilities. You will also be responsible for directing customer phone calls, taking messages and more - meaning you will be a vital part of the client experience.

This role will prepare you for possible op portunities on our operations or sales teams that may be available in the future. You will have an experienced team to help you along the way.

Reports to: Profit Center Manager

Minimum Qualifications:

+ Experience in customer service

+ Communications skills, both written and verbal

+ Experience with Microsoft Excel and Word

ADDITIONAL COMPETENCIES:

+ Attention to detail and solid organization ability

Preferred Qualifications:

+ High School Diploma

Working Conditions:

+ This position operates in a professional office environment which may require sitting for extended periods.

+ Position requires routine use of office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, fax machines, filing cabinets

Supervisory Responsibilities: No

Essential Job Functions:

+ Train in Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable.

+ Direct customer phone calls and take messages.
