Where You’ll Work
This position is based in our Lenexa, KS office. We leverage a hybrid working model working three days in the office, two days optional remote work.
What You’ll Do The Project & Enablement Manager is responsible for the coordination and completion of projects for CHA. This role will manage scope, schedule, and budget on assigned projects by planning, documenting, and setting deadlines. Assigns responsibilities, monitors, and summarizes progress of project by employing appropriate project management tools, techniques and methodologies from the point of project approval through the planning of lifecycle support activities and handoff to operations staff.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
+ Clarify project requests and collaborate with stakeholders to establish technical feasibility and approach.
+ Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and resources using appropriate methodologies.
+ Identify and communicate project variances, employing risk management and negotiation to maintain progress.
+ Coordinate vendor and internal stakeholder activities for effective resource alignment and project success.
+ Measure project performance and transition projects to operations.
+ Serve as Scrum Master for 2-4 teams.
PROJECT ENABLEMENT & PROCESS OVERSIGHT
+ Serve as a process architect for IT and project workflows, collaborating with stakeholders to document, analyze, and redesign processes for optimal performance; apply Lean Six Sigma principles to drive sustainable improvements.
+ Lead enablement and process oversight for project management tools and frameworks, maintaining and evolving standards for work items, templates, boards, and process documentation to ensure consistency and compliance across teams.
+ Monitor adoption of project management tools, conduct feedback loops, health checks, and audits, and recommend improvements based on identified gaps.
+ Develop executive dashboards for delivery performance and framework adoption and oversee release management standards.
Required Experience:
What You’ll Bring to CHA
Any combination of education and experience providing the required skill and knowledge is qualifying:
+ Bachelor's degree in management, technology, or related field or equivalent work experience.
+ PMP, Lean, or similar certification is highly preferred.
+ Minimum of 6 years of IT project management experience, including both infrastructure and software development projects.
+ At least 5 years of experience using project management/work management platforms (e.g., Azure DevOps highly preferred, Trello, M365 Project Professional, or similar tools).
+ Minimum 3 years in SDLC/project management enablement and governance, with experience in process architecture and product release management.
+ Experience with Agile methodologies; Scrum Master experience highly preferred.
+ Health care background is a plus.
+ Demonstrated ability to drive process improvement and optimize business processes.

More About CHA
This pay range shown is a guideline. Min: $80,000 Max: $160,000 Compensation is based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
