What You’ll Be Doing:

+ Machining a variety of metal parts for snowplow product lines

+ Setting up, adjusting, and operating CNC turning and milling centers

+ Performing bench operations to produce high-quality parts with close tolerances and finish requirements

+ Operating CNC machinery including turning, chucking, loading, and unloading

+ Participating in team-based quality initiatives and training

+ Performing maintenance tasks and ensuring safety and cleanliness standards are met

What We’re Looking For:

+ ✅ At least **1 year of mechanical assembly or manufacturing experience** preferred

+ ✅ **High School diploma or equivalent**

+ ✅ Ability to **read and follow blueprints and specifications**

+ ✅ Strong **attention to detail** and commitment to quality

Bonus Qualifications:

+ ✅ At least **2 years of assembly/manufacturing experience**

+ ✅ Ability to **read, write, measure, and compute basic math**

+ ✅ **Positive, can-do attitude**

+ ✅ **Dependable and flexible** team player

+ ✅ Ability to **pass a pre-employment physical and drug screen**
