    **Job Title:** FSQA Manager

    **Location:** Greater Tulsa, Oklahoma area

    _*Relocation package_

    **Requirements** : Bachelor of Science (preferably in Food or Quality) & 4-6 years experience in food manufacturing

    **Pay Range:** $110,000 - $140,000

     

    Our client, a leading organization in the food manufacturing industry, is seeking a FSQA Manager to join their team. As a FSQA Manager, you will be part of the Quality Assurance Department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a proactive mindset, and a passion for food safety and quality, which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Provide strategic direction, leadership, and ownership of Food Safety and Quality System programs.

    + Support food safety initiatives for new products, including leading studies to assess product stability, shelf-life, and extended run validations.

    + Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of fluid systems and CIP systems.

    + Participate in employee engagement and continuous improvement initiatives, leading teams through change and growth.

    + Ensure compliance with FDA and USDA regulations and lead internal/external audit processes.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Bachelor's Degree in Food Safety, Microbiology, Chemistry, Food Science, or a related discipline.

    + Minimum 4–6 years of food manufacturing experience, preferably in USDA or produce environments.

    + Six Sigma Certification.

    + Experience with FDA and/or USDA regulations.

    + Proven ability to manage and improve Quality Management Systems and ensure compliance with standards.
