    Our client, a leader in innovative AR/VR technology solutions, is seeking a dedicated Data Collection Technician to join their dynamic team. As a Data Collection Technician, you will be an integral part of the Product Data Operations team, supporting the development of cutting-edge avatar technologies. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully within the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Data Collection Technician

    **Location:** Onsite – Redmond, WA

    **Duration** : 3 month contract, possible extension

    **Hours** : 9 AM - 5:30 PM PST

    **Pay Range:** $25/hour

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Conduct internal research studies, including sourcing participants, guiding them through procedures, and collecting data while maintaining confidentiality.

    + Compile consistent reports, identify trends and issues, and provide actionable feedback to support project success.

    + Recruit internal participants through various methods such as canvassing and posting.

    + Support training initiatives and conduct weekly quality assurance audits to ensure continuous improvement.

    + Assist with data tracking, reporting, and interpreting insights to foster ongoing learning and quality enhancement.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Bachelor's degree in technology, behavioral science, or related fields such as psychology, statistics, or information systems.

    + Self-motivated with the ability to manage workload independently.

    + Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

    + Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving abilities.

    + Proficiency in spreadsheet software such as Google Sheets or Excel.
