Customer Service Representative Needed!
**Location:** Minooka, IL
**Shift:** Tuesday–Saturday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM
**Pay Range:** $18 per hour
About the Role
Our client, a leading organization in the logistics and customer service industry, is seeking a **Customer Service Representative** to join their Customer Support Department. This role is perfect for someone with excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and strong problem-solving abilities.
What You’ll Do
+ Assist customers and business partners via phone and email to ensure smooth communication and service delivery
+ Handle customer complaints professionally and resolve issues effectively
+ Diagnose, assess, and resolve problems related to deliveries and services
+ Monitor delivery routes to ensure timely completion
+ Scan haul-away pods and verify stamps for accurate recordkeeping
+ Process changes or cancellations to delivery orders efficiently
What’s Needed
+ High school diploma or equivalent
+ 1+ year of related experience (preferably in a call center environment)
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project)
+ Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
+ Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
