Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing and procurement sector, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Part-Time SAP Purchase Order Coordinator to join their team. As a Part-Time SAP Purchase Order Coordinator, you will be an essential part of the procurement support team, assisting with the creation and management of purchase orders to ensure smooth operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully within the organization.

**Job Title:** Part-Time SAP Purchase Order Coordinator

**Location:** Manchester, MI

**Pay Range:** $24

**Shift:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 1:00 pm

What's the Job?

+ Create and amend purchase orders in SAP according to company guidelines and departmental inputs.

+ Ensure the accuracy of purchase order details, including verifying requisitions against supplier quotes and terms.

+ Maintain comprehensive documentation and records for all purchase orders processed.

+ Support procurement activities related to Capital Equipment, R&D, NPD, Lab, and IT Hardware requests.

+ Assist with vendor creation requests and other SAP procurement functions as needed.

What's Needed?

+ Prior experience with SAP in procurement, finance, or purchasing functions.

+ Must have at least 2 years of experience in a purchasing, finance, procurement, or accounting role (or educational background in the same fields).

+ Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.

+ Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines.

+ Excellent typing, data entry, and clerical skills.
