Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking an Assembly to join their team. As an Assembly, you will be part of the Production Department supporting the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, teamwork skills, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Assembly

**Location:** Hamilton, OH

**Pay Range:** $17-$19/hr depending on experience

**Shift:** Monday through Thursday, 6am-4pm, with overtime on Fridays

What's the Job?

+ Build and assemble connector components with precision and efficiency

+ Read and interpret assembly diagrams, work instructions, and part lists

+ Use hand tools and small equipment to fit, fasten, and secure parts

+ Inspect completed assemblies for quality and compliance with standards

+ Complete documentation related to production and quality checks

What's Needed?

+ Ability to read and follow detailed assembly instructions and diagrams

+ Strong attention to detail to ensure components meet exact specifications

+ Comfort with using hand tools and basic power tools

+ Skill in performing quality inspections and completing documentation accurately

+ Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination for handling small parts
