**Our client, a leading logistics and supply chain solutions company, is seeking an Associate Analyst, Order to Cash to join their team.** As an Associate Analyst, you will be part of the Finance Department supporting the Accounts Receivable team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities which will align successfully within the organization.
**Job Title:** Analyst-Credit
**Location:** NC, Charlotte
**Pay Range:** $21.63/hr.
**Shift:** Monday - Friday; 7:00 am - 4:00 pm or 8:00 am - 5:00 pm (flexible; In Office)
What’s the Job?
+ Monitor and manage cash collection activities for a dedicated portfolio of customer accounts.
+ Review, research, and resolve outstanding invoices, payment discrepancies, and delinquent accounts.
+ Communicate effectively with internal teams and customers to ensure timely payment and account resolution.
+ Analyze aging reports, track collection efforts, and recommend strategies for account management improvements.
+ Audit invoices for accuracy, identify root causes of disputes, and collaborate on process improvements.
What’s Needed?
+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work or military experience.
+ 1+ years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or cash applications.
+ Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
+ Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
+ Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
