Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a 1st shift Bagger Machine Operator- Jackson, WI to join their team. As a 1st shift Bagger Machine Operator- Jackson, WI, you will be part of the production support team ensuring efficient and safe operation of machinery. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a collaborative spirit which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** 1st shift Bagger Machine Operator- Jackson, WI

**Location:** Jackson, WI

**Pay Range:** $23

**Shift:** 6am - 2pm, Monday through Friday

What's the Job?

+ Safely set-up and operate equipment to optimize machine capability and product output

+ Apply knowledge and skill to troubleshoot and address routine equipment malfunctions

+ Ensure high-quality goods are produced by monitoring and inspecting products

+ Maintain accurate records and documentation as required

+ Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate production activities

What's Needed?

+ High school diploma or GED equivalent

+ At least 2 years’ experience in manufacturing or related roles

+ Strong technical skills and knowledge of machinery and equipment

+ Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in various environmental conditions

+ Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
