Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a dedicated HR Generalist to join their team. As an HR Generalist, you will be an essential part of the Human Resources department supporting daily HR operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, organizational skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional HR support, aligning seamlessly with the company’s values and goals.

**Job Title:** HR Generalist

**Location:** Warrior, AL

Pay Range: $20.00 - $20.00 per hour

**Shift:** Monday - Friday 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM

What's the Job?

+ Manage payroll processing and ensure accuracy and compliance with federal and state regulations

+ Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollments, modifications, and inquiries

+ Coordinate and oversee pre-employment and random drug screenings in accordance with company policies

+ Maintain and update employee records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with record-keeping standards

+ Support onboarding, offboarding, and other HR-related activities to foster a positive work environment

What's Needed?

+ Previous experience in human resources or related fields is preferred

+ Knowledge of HR regulations and best practices

+ Proficiency with HRIS and payroll systems

+ Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills

+ Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive information discreetly
