Our client, a leading organization in the gaming and digital entertainment industry, is seeking a UX Web Designer 3 to join their team. As a UX Web Designer 3, you will be part of the Web and UX Design team supporting high-visibility projects for a popular gaming studio website. The ideal candidate will demonstrate creativity, collaboration, and adaptability, which will align successfully within the organization.

**Location:** Redmond, WA
**Pay Range:** $46-50.50/hr
What's the Job?
+ Design and develop engaging wireframes, prototypes, and user flows for web platforms.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and researchers to craft intuitive user experiences.
+ Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design concepts and improve user satisfaction.
+ Create visually compelling and accessible designs that align with brand standards and gaming industry trends.
+ Participate in team meetings, review sessions, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
What's Needed?
+ 5-7 years of experience in UX or product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing web and responsive design work.
+ Master’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field, or a Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience.
+ Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Protopie, After Effects, and Illustrator.
+ Experience with responsive web design, layout systems, and performance considerations for modern web platforms.
+ Previous experience in the gaming industry or with dynamic interfaces is highly valued.
