Our client, a leading organization in the industry, is seeking a Project Manager Non Tech 2 to join their team. The main project is to support a new intake and triage process for employee grievances, including developing the workflow and logging in Azure DevOps, managing an FAQ database. There is potential for the contractor to support additional projects if available.
**Job Title:** Project Manager Non Tech 2
**Location:** Remote
**Pay Range:** $40/hr - $45/hr
What's the Job?
+ Coordinate and oversee project activities to ensure timely delivery
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope and objectives
+ Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, milestones, and resource allocation
+ Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as needed
+ Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders effectively
What's Needed?
+ Proven experience in project management, preferably in a non-technical environment
+ Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
+ Strong interpersonal and communication skills
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
+ Knowledge of project management tools and methodologies
