Our client, a leader in the technology industry specializing in next-generation data center products, is seeking a dedicated Silicon Validation Engineer to join their innovative team. As a Silicon Validation Engineer, you will be part of the silicon validation team supporting the development and validation of cutting-edge system-on-chip (SoC) products. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent collaboration abilities, and a proactive approach to technical challenges, which will align successfully within the organization.

Pay Range:** **$59.35 - $65.29 on Experis W2 (Benefits and PTO )
What's the Job?
+ Execute bring-up, validation, and debugging of high-speed I/O interfaces such as PCIe Gen5/Gen6, CXL, and die-to-die interconnects.
+ Develop and implement validation plans, test methodologies, and automation frameworks to ensure compliance and margining.
+ Perform signal integrity (SI) and power integrity (PI) analysis, including jitter, crosstalk, BER, and channel loss characterization.
+ Validate interface performance under PVT (Process, Voltage, Temperature) stress conditions to ensure robustness.
+ Collaborate with design, architecture, SI/PI, and firmware teams to resolve electrical issues and optimize link health.
Must Have:

What's Needed?
+ BS/MS in Electrical or Computer Engineering (or equivalent experience).
+ 5+ years of experience in high-speed I/O validation or related roles.
+ Hands-on experience with PCIe, CXL, UCIe, and chip-to-chip interconnects.
+ Strong understanding of SI/PI fundamentals, timing analysis, and power management.
+ Familiarity with firmware-driver interactions and SoC architecture.
